Do I need to solder my Keebio keyboard kit?
Many of our kits require soldering for switches, diodes, or controllers. However, we also offer 'hot-swap' versions for select models that allow for a tool-free assembly experience.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
What is your return policy on DIY kits?
We accept returns on unbuilt, original-condition kits within 30 days of delivery. Once a kit has been soldered or modified, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Are Keebio keyboards compatible with macOS and Linux?
Yes, our keyboards use QMK or VIA firmware, which are fully compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. You can remap keys easily using our web-based configurators.
What should I do if a component is missing from my order?
We strive for accuracy, but if you are missing a part, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package and we will ship the replacement immediately.
Do you offer pre-built assembly services?
Currently, we focus on providing high-quality DIY kits and parts. We do not offer in-house assembly services, but we can recommend several trusted community builders.
