At Keebio, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your custom keyboard components; we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unassembled condition. Please note that soldered PCBs and used switches are not eligible for return due to the nature of keyboard DIY kits.
Check Eligibility
Verify that your items are in their original packaging, unused, and that any electronic components have not been soldered or modified.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse; once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
